• Final vendor confirmations and serving as the main contact for vendors

• A guided rehearsal ceremony

Coordination on the Wedding Day Includes:

• Coverage by a wedding coordinator and an assistant

• Vendor and supplier coordination

• Oversight of ceremony and reception setup

• Cueing the wedding party, officiant, and musicians during ceremony

• Managing transitions throughout the day

• Assisting guests as needed

• Troubleshooting unexpected issues
