Full Service Planning

Our Full Service Planning package can be customized to meet all of your wedding needs. We can begin working with you at any point in your planning process. Our goal is to understand your vision and meticulously craft the ideal event, leaving you completely free to relax and enjoy your special day and the months leading up to it.

Some of the services we offer include:

preparing a comprehensive timeline (up to one week of events), creating an extensive pre-wedding checklist, prioritizing and sending tasks, developing and monitoring the budget, and scouting ceremony and reception venues.

Once we help you select a venue we will create a customized floor plan based on your vision. The timeline for your wedding day will include setup, vendor arrivals, ceremony, reception, vendor exits, and cleanup. You'll also have access to our lead designer for consultations to go over all the special details and designs, ensuring that everything is just the way you want it.

We can attend all of your vendor meetings with you or on your behalf and go over vendor contracts. Our team will be the main point of contact for vendors from the beginning, allowing you to relax every step of the way.

In addition to day of coordination for the wedding we will also be there to lead the wedding rehearsal and all other scheduled events.

Some additional services you may include are as follows; Décor Coordination and Set Up, Invitation and RSVP Management, Rental Organization, and Honeymoon Planning.
